Thomas Kobberdal
Areas of Expertise
Thomas Kobberdal works primarily with real estate, corporate law, and construction law. In recent years, he has worked extensively with conflicts concerning building application processing, as well as disputes between builders and contractors, during and after construction work. Additionally, he has extensive expertise in inheritance and family law, privacy law (GDPR) and dispute resolution, mediation and litigation.
He has assisted in several property and company transactions, including due diligence processes, and forming and negotiation of contracts. He also has extensive experience in real estate law.
Kobberdal has as part of his practice been responsible for corporate and real estate law for one of Oslo’s largest real estate developers, and through this has extensive experience with numerous real estate transactions and property lease/contracting.
Kobberdal has carried out a significant number of corporate restructuring, demerger and merger processes, M&A and share/equity transactions.
