Inheritance and the administration of estates

Wahl-Larsen AS has a number of attorneys-at-law with specialist expertise within family and inheritance law, and our attorneys regularly litigate in inheritance and family cases We also advise clients on the private administration of estates, as well as serving as executors.
One of our attorneys is regularly retained by Oslo Probate Court as a standing administrator of decedents’ estates and at any given time we will be acting in the judicial administration of a number decedents’ estates.

We also have extensive expertise in international estate settlement, and in such cases we work closely with foreign law firms in our international professional network.
