Jostein Grosås

Jostein Grosås regularly acts as an administrator in the private and judicial administration of decedents’ estates and to this end is retained by Oslo Probate Court as a standing administrator.
He also advises small and medium-sized companies on contract law, company law, etc. and has extensive experience of advising on real estate matters, including the Act concerning the Sale of Real Property (faults and defects in property sales) as well as legal issues relating to rent and contracts of lease.
In addition, he has extensive experience of financing, surety law and monetary claims, as well as compositions and debt restructurings. He is also an experienced litigator and has pleaded cases before courts at all levels, including the Norwegian Supreme Court.
