Thor Henning Pedersen

Thor Henning Pedersen works primarily with real estate and contract law. He has extensive experience of transactions, property development, general property law, the law relating to housing cooperatives and individual units, faults and defects in the purchase and sale of real property and inheritance law.

He acts as an “in-house lawyer” for a number of companies and also has experience of forwarding agencies and establishing restaurants. He has broad experience with rights and duties relating to real estate, including easements, and land consolidation.

Thor Henning Pedersen has his own liability insurance cover for all aspects of the purchase and sale of real estate. He also works as a litigator.
